Before booking your session, message me or send a email to ar3images@gmail.com to check my availability and to give me a description of the type of shoot you would like. 

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings, including sessions and weddings. Once your date is reserved, I remove it from availability and decline other inquiries for that time. Due to the nature of scheduling and the difficulty of refilling reserved dates, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

If you need to reschedule, you may do so in accordance with my rescheduling and cancellation policy listed on my website. The deposit will be applied toward your new date as long as those terms are followed.

The deposit also covers the time invested in planning, communication, and preparation prior to your shoot. The remaining balance is due before your scheduled session or event.

Clients may request to reschedule their session at least 7 days in advance of their scheduled appointment without penalty.

If a client requests to reschedule within the same week of their session, the following applies:

• The retainer/deposit is non-refundable and will not transfer to a new date unless the photographer approves the change due to extenuating circumstances.
• A new retainer/deposit may be required to secure the new date.
• Reschedules are subject to the photographer’s availability.

If the client fails to communicate and no-shows the session, the session fee and deposit are forfeited, and a new booking must be made to reschedule.

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required when booking and is HALF of the full balance
