A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all bookings, including sessions and weddings. Once your date is reserved, it is removed from my availability and other inquiries may be declined. The retainer also covers time spent on communication, planning, and preparation.
Rescheduling:
Clients may request to reschedule at least 7 days before their scheduled appointment without penalty. Reschedule requests made within the same week are subject to photographer approval and availability. The original retainer is non-refundable and may not transfer to the new date unless an exception is approved due to extenuating circumstances. A new retainer may be required.
No-Shows & Cancellations:
Failure to communicate or a no-show will result in the forfeiture of all payments made. A new booking and retainer will be required to schedule another session.
The remaining balance is due before the scheduled session or event.
A non-refundable retainer equal to 50% of the total session balance is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. Your session is not considered officially booked until the retainer has been received.
Travel & Lodging:
Travel fees may apply depending on the location of your session. For locations requiring significant travel, additional expenses such as mileage, gas, parking, tolls, airfare, rental transportation, and/or lodging may apply. If an overnight stay is necessary, hotel or other lodging expenses will be added to the final quote. All applicable travel and lodging costs will be discussed and approved prior to booking.
The remaining 50% balance is due at the conclusion of your session, including any applicable travel and lodging fees unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Your completed images will be delivered within 2–3 weeks, depending on current workflow, editing volume, and other sessions scheduled ahead of yours. While I strive to deliver galleries as quickly as possible, turnaround times may vary based on the number of sessions currently being processed.
Additional images are available for $5.00 each.
