TRAVEL & LODGING
AR3Images proudly serves Chattanooga and surrounding areas and is available for weddings throughout Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and beyond.
For weddings outside the local Chattanooga service area, travel and lodging are additional and are not included in the collection prices unless specifically stated in your proposal.

Travel and lodging costs will be discussed during your consultation and included in your personalized wedding proposal.
Each wedding is quoted individually based on the venue location, distance, timeline, and travel requirements.
NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER POLICY
A 40% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your wedding date.
The retainer is applied toward the total cost of your selected wedding collection and compensates AR3Images for reserving your date exclusively for your wedding.
Your wedding date is not officially secured until the required retainer has been received and the wedding agreement has been completed.
Once your date is reserved, AR3Images declines other inquiries and bookings for that date. Because of the limited availability of wedding dates, all retainers are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule your wedding, AR3Images will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the new date; however, rescheduling is subject to availability and the terms of the signed agreement.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in the wedding agreement.
PAYMENT POLICY
The 40% retainer is required to secure your wedding date.
The remaining balance may be paid according to the payment schedule selected during booking. Additional payments may be made at any time as long as the full balance is paid by the required deadline.
Final wedding balances are due 14 days before the wedding date.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the required deadline may result in cancellation of services in accordance with the signed wedding agreement.

Videography is not included.
