Rescheduling/Cancelling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule their session at least 7 days in advance of their scheduled appointment without penalty.

If a client requests to reschedule within the same week of their session, the following applies:

The retainer/deposit is non-refundable and will not transfer to a new date unless the photographer approves the change due to extenuating circumstances.
A new retainer/deposit may be required to secure the new date.
Reschedules are subject to the photographer’s availability.

If the client fails to communicate and no-shows the session, the session fee and deposit are forfeited, and a new booking must be made to reschedule.
