Retainer

NO RETAINER, NO APPOINTMENT.

A NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER is required at the time of booking to secure and officially reserve your appointment. Your retainer should be submitted immediately after booking.

If the retainer is not received within 30 minutes of booking, your appointment will be automatically canceled and the date/time will become available for another client. You will need to submit a new booking request to schedule another appointment.

PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES POLICY

AR3 Images does not offer boudoir, lingerie, or partially nude/half-naked photography sessions.

Rescheduling/Cancelling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule their session at least 7 days in advance of their scheduled appointment without penalty.

If a client requests to reschedule within the same week of their session, the following applies:

The retainer/deposit is non-refundable and will not transfer to a new date unless the photographer approves the change due to extenuating circumstances.
A new retainer/deposit may be required to secure the new date.
Reschedules are subject to the photographer’s availability.

If the client fails to communicate and no-shows the session, the session fee and deposit are forfeited, and a new booking must be made to reschedule.
